Steve Perry Finally Performs on Stage Since 1995 at Eel’s Concert

Steve Perry, Journey’s previous lead singer, has finally performed on Stage once again since 1995 at the Eel’s Concert. Perry sang a snippet of “Open Arms” and "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'." The audience sang gamely with Steve Perry in the chorus.

Although the performance was not the complete repertoire, it is apparent that “The Voice” could still carry a tune.

Journey and current lead singer, Arnel Pineda, are on their 2014 US tour, and majority of 
Journey’s fans has already welcomed the Filipino lead singer with “Open Arms.” His passionate and brilliant performances have renewed the band’s vigor and popularity.

Lineup of Performers for the Memorial Day Concert (PBS) May 25, 2014

The lineup of performers for the Memorial Day Concert (PBS) on May 25, 2014 is awesome with big names in the entertainment industry gracing the affair.

Aside from US veterans being honored for their services to the country, there would be an Operation Mend, which would support service members, especially those who have been severely wounded to avail of reconstructive surgery.

Caleb Johnson, the recent American Idol 2014 winner, has stated that he was very honored in singing the national anthem at the National Memorial Day Concert. Joe Mantegna & Gary Sinise co-host the star-studded 2014 National Memorial Day Concert (PBS).

How to Stay Sexy even while Busy Working Abroad

Working abroad does not mean not being able to stay sexy. Even amidst your hectic workload, it is relatively easy to stay sexy with the Best back smoothing bra and cami. If you want permanent sexiness, then it takes a healthy lifestyle and determination to achieve this. There are three things you should remember:  

1. Eat the right food The adage, “You are what you eat” is true. If you eat the right food, you would stay healthy and sexy. Good food includes lots of vegetables and fruits. Reduce your intake of sugar, creamy products and meat fat. Remember to drink lots of water too. The body cells need 70-80% of water to function properly. Do away with drugs, caffeine and alcohol. These are all detrimental to your health and well-being.  

2. Get sufficient sleep The body needs sufficient sleep because cognitive abilities are decreased when a person has not slept well. Eight hours a day is considered sufficient. If you could not possibly do this, you can get power naps while on work breaks during the day.

 3. Have a regular exercise regimen Exercise regularly. You don’t need to go to the gym to do this. You don’t have also to perform heavy exercises. Brisk walking for 30 minutes every day is sufficient, especially if you don’t gorge yourself with unnecessary calories. You could do it every other day, if you don’t have enough time; you could even walk around your house if you do not have a friendly neighborhood in which to walk in. What’s important is that you live a healthy life and you’d stay healthy and sexy.
